From the Arctic to You
As 2025 draws to a close, Santa pauses to reflect on another remarkable year spent travelling far and wide — marking three decades in the red suit — carrying the quiet magic of the Arctic to homes, halls, and gathering places across the land.
Each visit, no matter the setting, carried its own atmosphere. In private homes, there were whispered wishes and wide-eyed anticipation. At community events, joy and warmth filled the air as families gathered together. Grottos offered that timeless, candlelit sense of stepping briefly into another world, while hotels provided stylish surroundings where tradition met celebration. Different spaces, different stories - yet always the same recognition when eyes meet and the moment becomes real.
One of the great privileges of this work is continuity. Some visitors this year were familiar faces, children Santa has known since they were only a few weeks old, now standing taller, more confident, their wishes evolving as they grow. To witness those journeys year after year is deeply special, a reminder that the magic does not stand still, but grows alongside them. At the same time, 2025 welcomed many first-time visitors - children and adults alike - experiencing that unmistakable moment of wonder for the very first time.
The magic is not only for the young. On one grotto day, an elderly man stepped forward, visibly moved, and said quietly, “I never knew you were real until today.” It was a moment that lingered long after, a reminder that belief can return at any age, and that the presence of Santa still has the power to reach places long untouched by childhood.
Again and again this year, visitors expressed the same sense of disbelief and joy - amazement that they were standing right in front of the one and only real Santa. These moments are never taken lightly. They are met with care, patience, and respect, because belief, once offered, deserves to be honoured.
As another successful year comes to a close, the memories created throughout 2025 remain — photographs cherished, stories retold, and moments quietly held close. From the Arctic to you, the journey continues, shaped by tradition, sincerity, and the shared agreement to keep the magic alive.
Another year completed. Another chapter written. And as always, Santa looks forward to returning again, carrying the same timeless magic to those who believe, and to those who are still discovering it.
